Important Notice for 2008 SV Conference Delegates Published: 02-09-2008 Author: Liverpool VCT
Conference dates: 29 th of September to 1 st of October, 2008 with the 28 th (Sunday) of September having an opening cocktail for registered delegates and specific invitees.
Registration fees for Kenyan citizens- KSH6000.
Registration fees for international delegates- USD150.
All delegates may choose to secure their accommodation at official conference hotels on Thika road (Safari Park Hotel, Hotel La Mada, The Utalii Hotel and Sportsview Kasarani).
All delegates residing at official conference hotels will be provided with daily transport to and from the conference venue.
Delegates not residing at any of the official conference hotels and coming from Nairobi may use the daily conference shuttles to and from the Nairobi city centre.
There shall be no travel re-imbursements, sitting allowances, dinner allowances or perdiems provided by the organisers.
Non-sponsored delegates should notify the organisers on their travel itinerary and accommodation details.
All delegates are requested to pay their registration in liquid cash at the secretariat's desk at the conference venue as from the 28 th (Sunday) of September, 2008.
